Smart Choices/Healthy Rewards is a health promotion program designed to bring high quality care to Participants and, at the same time, make care more affordable for everyone. All employees and their spouse and domestic partner are eligible to sign up for the Smart Choices Healthy Rewards program. WebWe started in November of 2024, and we've got a $4 million book of insurance. We're writing over $200,000.00 of business every single month. Plus, new agents are interviewing and joining our team every month. Of course, Smart Choice can’t take all of the credit for this, but the network has made a big impact.
