For ONT, we tested Flye v.2.9.1 , Canu v.1.8 , wtdbg2 v.2.4 , and a hybrid approach with MaSuRCA v.3.1.1that integrated both ONT and Illumina short-read data . Linked-Reads provide the long range information missing from standard approaches.
