WebIDK. It's definitely not the best build for ubers because of damage problems but I do think it's doable. Your damage uptime is really high because it's DoT so effective DPS is always a bit better than people think. That said, I don't kill ubers myself (I'm in HC and I suck at the game) so maybe I'm not the best one to give advice.
