WebSep 12, 2024 · Before that, I had SandCraft try the thing with the differential, purchased their custom carrier bearing, had the prop shaft phased ($600 bucks), and still had the front end that sounded like a giant rock tumbler. Before the differential swap, Polaris had the dealer replace the gears in the differential to no avail.
WebJun 22, 2013 · Common causes for a clunk when turning would be a loose track bar or maybe even a bad sway bar link. If it clunks when you hit a bump at an angle, its most like a sway bar link. WebApr 18, 2024 · Looked under truck at ujoints and front driveshaft and tried shaking each part didn't find anything. Drove it again down the road put it in 4x4 high the noise stopped for a sec with a little load letting up on gas pedal or lightly pushing on gas pedal. Looking for ideas how to track this noise down or if anyone else ever had this issues.
